- Mr de Arnoldi has many years of international experience from management positions at renowned financial institutions. - Mr Raaum brings extensive international leadership experience in finance, M&A, private equity, and real estate. He has held executive roles at Realkreditt, Carnegie, Nærings-Invest, and ProCorp ASA, and has developed strong expertise in corporate governance, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.
- In 2006, he founded PRE Management and currently serves as Chairman of PRE China and PRE Bolig. PRE China manages approximately NOK 3 billion across three Norwegian funds of funds invested in Chinese private equity. PRE Bolig is developing nine residential projects with around 450 units in Eastern Norway.
- Raaum was nominated by Norfund as Chairman of Angolan Capital Partner (ACP) and served from 2018 as Special Advisor to the Austrian Ministry of Finance during the establishment of ÖBAG. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Austrian State Fund’s investment committee.
